I didn’t drop the phone, didn’t open it in the cold, etc. This model clearly has a manufacturing flaw, since there are so many reviews about it. The company is aware of this shortcoming, but instead of recalling the batch or offering buyers a free repair of their shortcomings, they simply write replies - from the “their own fault” series, they misused . So if you need a phone for over 100k for a year, then feel free to take it. iPhone wouldn't do that to me
