Very informative resource for building long-lasting connections
The platform is very easy to understand and use. They have a lot of resources that are useful and easy to understand. The customer service is also very good. I have not found anything to dislike in this platform. I hope that they continue to improve the platform and add more features that are helpful to their user base. We are using Mulch to help us understand our customers better and to make our marketing more effective. We have been able to do this by creating useful content that our customers find interesting and easy to access.

- It's super simple! Easy for anyone, even those with limited tech knowledge or experience like myself ,to utilize it effectively.It gives you insight into your data without having an IT team spend hours pulling together reports from different platforms.I love how well organized all my information (and insights)is so i can see exactly what type o' info needs inputting where..no guess work here!!
