This watch loses a star for how hard it is to figure out. I wanted to change the 12 hour time to 24 hour time. I went to the manufacturer's website, there is no manual for this model. I tried the same model name but a different style and although the button names matched none of the instructions worked. After tinkering with myself, I found that the time changes by 24 hours from AM to PM as you keep going through time. I also had to figure out how to install it and turn the alarm on and off using the same trial and error method. I emailed the company asking for advice but they never responded. I've seen other reviews saying it doesn't come with it, but I figured it was all there on the web so that wouldn't be a problem. It was a problem.
