I like that it is easy to use for both our sales reps as well customers! It can be used from anywhere with an internet connection which makes us more productive in this day & age!! Also helps avoid wasting time searching through emails or files when trying figure out what we need next-it's right there at my fingertips.
Not much dislike about how good everything works together but sometimes if you make changes they don't show up until refresh so keep working away after making any updates/changes.-easy system overall once set - get everyone onboarded quickly without having multiple systems running around town (I'm sure some people would say "why not just have one?")-helps reduce office chaos by keeping things organized while also giving each person their own space within said organization.
