These awesome lights are beautiful in the pool or elsewhere and the remote works well. I ordered the 4-pack which came with 2 remotes and when all lights are inside our 18’ round pool they all illuminate well with one remote. HOWEVER, upon placing the 3rd light into the pool I noticed teeny bubbles from the seal. Water had seeped in so I dried and placed the light in some dry silica gel overnight. Meanwhile, I Seal-a-Mealed the other lights. That’s right; I sealed them like Christmas cookies! I don’t trust that the others won’t leak in several days’ time. I even vacuum-sealed the remote to keep it poolside. TIP: if you have a soft-sided Intex (or other) pool, like I do, forget the suction cups and get to the hardware store. Get you some large steel washers (take your light with you) so that the magnets will attach the (sealed) lights under the water for you. Underwater lighting is truly magical. If above the surface they just annoy your eyes. Takeaway: seal your lights, seal your remote, get large washers to magnet lights to soft vinyl pool. Enjoy! I will edit if these lights die before August 21st cuz that’s my last return date.
