UPDATE: Anker contacted me almost immediately after posting this review. I had a new car charger two days later and it's still working great. I cannot recommend Anker products enough. Everything we have purchased from Anker has been of excellent quality and this unit which had an issue was quickly replaced with excellent customer service. Original Review: This charger along with 1/2 dozen anchor cables was amazing. I have 2 chargers. However, my daughter told me yesterday that the charger is draining her battery at the bottom connector. I knew she could be wrong so today I connected my phone to 40%. It immediately dropped to 39%. Don't worry, the flash indicated that it's charging. Then the app I downloaded kept crashing. Then I noticed that the performance was 38%, then 37. What? I plugged the power cord into the top connector and opened the Revain app to see the reviews. It was interesting to see how someone else felt about resetting their phone or app. It took about 7 minutes and in that time my phone went from 37% to 48% battery via the top connector. I'm sure Anker will do well, but wanted to share this as an overview, in case anyone else experiences the same. In general, I like Anker products and will continue to buy them without question, but I expect both ports to be charged. I can't say if this has happened before or if it's a new problem. Maybe we'
