Review on 🍷 Riipoo Wine Racks: Stylish 4-Tier Wine Shelf Storage and Bottle Holder for Kitchen, Dining Room, Pantry, Cabinet, and Bar! by Zack Block

I bought one of these to keep a few bottles of wine in our pantry. The wine rack was reasonably priced and delivered quickly as we are all used to with Prime items. Pros: Although the instructions were very simple, the setup was easy to understand. The kit included a tool for screws and an extra screw just in case. It has 32 screws for the 16 bottle version and it took about 30 minutes to put it all together. (Well, less than one piece is assembled, as noted below.) Bad: The device is made of bamboo. Just like bamboo flooring or many other bamboo products, the pieces are made by gluing many strips of bamboo together into larger pieces. That's not necessarily a bad thing, they just make things out of bamboo. Unfortunately, one of those glued joints ended up in the same place as the screw hole and broke during assembly. What's good: The seller responded quickly to my message, sent a photo of the broken part, and immediately sent a new rack kit. He arrived two days later. The Bad: The first piece I took as a replacement to complete the original posture was also split. The Good: The second piece I tried holds together with no issues and I now have a bunch of spares in case something else breaks in the future. Bad: The front and back of the rack are maybe 1/2 inch or an inch too far apart. The two wine bottles I placed on the shelf were too short to be carried on either end of the shelf. What's good: Since the problem was only with two bottles, I put them on the lower tier where it didn't matter. if the back does not support the bottle. Conclusion: Would I buy it again or recommend it? Probably no. However, the seller stood behind the sale and I ended up with an attractive and sturdy shelf to hold a small stock of wine. He lost a star for a broken piece in the first set, a second star for a broken piece in the spare set, and a third star for the rails being too far apart. One star because the seller sent a replacement set.
