PRO: I love this concept. When I visit a family with my daughter, I bring different toys with me. I love being able to pack them all into one giant bag that doubles as a playmat and then being able to just pack them back up when we're ready to go home. I can even keep toys in my bag so I can take them with me next time. The street map design makes this playmat even more fun and open to imaginative play. Thick high quality canvas and lined on both sides (no raw seams). This bag has a cute zipper pattern on the outside and a road map on the inside. Strong rope and bushings - seems solid and well constructed and I think it will hold up well with children playing on it. I like that the rope is hidden and goes through the fabric tunnel. Some competitor versions have the ropes open and the rope weaved in and out of the grommets around the mat. I don't like this look and it also seems to me to be a security risk. CONS: It was quite difficult/time consuming for me to tighten the bag, which kind of defeats the purpose of quickly packing the takeaway toys. Also, it took some time to turn the bag back into a playmat. It needs a lot of smoothing if you want it to lay really flat. Once you tighten the ropes and turn them into a bag, the exposed ropes are quite long and I understand can be considered dangerous for small children/kids. Affected. It's like a canvas, so it's not soft for baby or kids to play on it. But I think it's soft enough. GENERAL INFORMATION: Useful product for parents who regularly carry toys. I love it. The design is fun. However, I think I'll be returning this item because I think it's overpriced and there are reasonably good alternatives at a more reasonable price. Also, the difficulty I had tugging on the ropes to secure it in my bag was too frustrating for me when the whole idea was to pack quickly. A NOTICE. I also ordered a copy of this bag marked "Made in China". compare side by side for about half the price. The photos in the listing were identical to the Play and Go version, so I got curious. The Play and Go bag is definitely superior in quality and looks. In the Chinese version, the back is not lined with fabric - it is thin in just one layer, and the outside of the bag is smooth with open seams. The rope and grommets are also much less durable. Canvas is thinner and less comfortable than Play and Go. I don't think it can handle when kids sit on it and play. The canvas is pure white, unlike P&G which has a nice natural beige color. However, if you want an item similar to this one and also want to save money, a Chinese copy might be a good alternative for you. The roadmap design is identical except for the lack of the P&G logo, it's the same size and offers the same basic features (Chinese version is bright WHITE in all photos).
