A few weeks ago the lid cracked in the middle. (October 5, 2019). after piercing with the antenna mount. The cover was purchased a year ago, November 7, 2018. This is a nice looking cover that was easy to install. In general, the tarpaulin protects the motorhome well from bad weather, stains, leaves and dirt. Update: As of October 15, 2019 I have reported a claim and requested warranty replacement coverage using the company number (800) listed on the warranty page. Within 30 minutes I received an email from ADCO. The email contained a warranty claim number and asked me to submit three items: 1. proof of purchase2. Photos of damage 3. "Product Code" and "Date of Manufacture" on a label sewn to the bottom of the cover. I submitted these requested items on October 15, 2019. Today, October 16, 2019, I received another email stating that my warranty claim was "approved" and that my cover will be replaced with a "like for like" cover. I called the phone number provided in that email and reached customer service immediately. cover without my request. Customer service said my new van cover will be shipped tomorrow (17th October 2019) and will arrive within 5-7 business days. Customer service said I can keep the old cover and plan to use it to cushion sharp edges on the bumpers and pads for the sharp roof antenna mounts to cushion punctures as shown in the photos. Up to this point, this ADCO warranty process has been completed quickly within 24 hours.!
