Stars for good product and customer service, but.

In a nutshell. I bought this product to use with my Mac Mini. It worked a few times and then just stopped. Turns out it's not compatible. Not sure what it was in the web description when I bought it but thank god for the great customer service. The product works on other Mac versions, so if used in this way it should be fine.
