Benefits: Dries quickly, Exfoliates skin like you never imagined, Revitalizes skin, Makes moisturizing lotions/oils/lotions work better. Cons: I didn't quite understand how to clean. I think it can be hand washed, sun dried or something like that. The pros MUCH outweigh the cons. I really love these fabrics. I see how it relaxes the body by taking a bath/shower before bed and revitalizes the skin in the morning for a new day. I am a middle aged woman and I can see a HUGE difference in my skin. My skin is much softer than it has been in years. I thought I would exfoliate my skin with body polishes/scrubs. Using it showed me that these things don't even remotely exfoliate my skin like I thought they would. I'm not leaving without these rags. I've already started recommending them to people I know. I haven't used it on my face. It might be too much for that. For the rest of my body... game changes! LOVE. YOU.
