Review on Crocs Sport Swiftwater Sandal (US) by Oren Perry

I got a pair of these a few years ago and they have been very comfortable. I wore them out so I went to get the same one to update. The first pair I got had both heels too low, the shoes couldn't sit comfortably on my foot. I sent them back and got a second pair. On this pair, one heel was ok and the other was too low. I think it's a quality control issue. I have another pair of regular Crocs with a heel strap that is too small. Another pair of the same size is fine. I have lost confidence in this company. I don't want to waste my time waiting for shoes etc to ship only to find out I have no money. If I ever buy Crocs again, it won't be online.
