In the delivery state, the voltage is in the range of 4.8-4.9, after switching on the load it drops to 4.75. Unacceptable. Of the five in the package, each had different no-load and load voltages, indicating poor internal design. On the plus side, it has working overcurrent protection that cuts out at around 2.2A and resets automatically. As long as you keep that load going, it will cycle on and off. It delivers 2.1A with just a dummy resistive load, no terminations required which is good if you want to power other devices that draw 5V. Unfortunately I can't get past the under voltage. Looks good on paper but keep looking.
