Cracks on the metal rings

This is the second time I have had a conflict with this bag. The bag ripped where the metal rings on the bag prevent the rope from rubbing against the bag. I did the same with the other bag. I missed the replacement/refund window but I only had it for 3 MONTHS (5 if you include the first order that was ripped up in 2 months)! I only had my teacher's planner, pens, and a laptop that doesn't weigh at all. I would not recommend purchasing this bag for everyday light to moderate use.

Pros

5 POCKETS WITH LARGE STORAGE. Carrying essentials on different trips can be a challenge. This extra large bag is roomy and versatile enough for ANY occasion. It is lightweight and compact and easily folds into a dresser or closet. It's also versatile enough to go with any outfit.
