No lock nut included
The mirror screws into a built in thread on the handbrake assembly. However, the kit did not come with a lock nut so that you can fix it with the desired rotation. If you turn it all the way, the mirror looks 90 degrees to the left. from the direction of travel. Once I have the appropriate locking nut, I'm not sure it will look good behind me. The bend in the mirror stem tilts the mirror up, but not too far. You will be able to see your jacket well.
