The necklace appeared to be very well made and was very delicate and cute. The packaging that it comes in looks a bit flimsy and cheap, but it's serviceable. I was so impressed with the chain that I didn't look at the box. I bought the longer chain because I read all the other reviews that the shorter chain is incredibly small. I'm glad I did as it was the perfect length for my goddaughter and she loved it! I was very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
