How sweet! Usually the tutu is too thin, but this one is fluffy and charming.
I will be buying in multiple colors and that's a great price.
- I liked that it was so soft. I had no idea tulle could be so soft. It was perfect for my 4 month old granddaughter.
- The tulle fabric is itchy and uncomfortable for small children.
