Review on Enhancing Avian Habitat: The Living World Bird Mirror by Mandy Johnson

This is a well made mirror in a brightly polished metal which is highly reflective. The edges are smoothly beveled - the instructions say to check the edges first in case of a defect. The only problem is that our double yellow-headed budgie loves to grab and nibble on things, not just preen in front of a shiny mirror, and this thing has nothing to hold on to. So he's completely ignored it until now. Update: Our parrot is playing with it now. In general he hates mirrors because I think he thinks there really is another bird copying his every move. He usually tries to pick at mirrors or fight each other. This mirror is good enough to see himself in, and he doesn't like it. So he started pulling the mirror out of its cage. At least do something for him.
