It looks like a sock

Reviews say to go up a size and I did but had to return. He was too big. My son wears a 4.5-5. I first bought 6 too big and then swapped for 5. Since these are slippers for shoes and cannot be fastened, they must be tight, otherwise they will fall off. The shoes are very soft and I think they will stretch on each foot. It looks like a sock.
