I first bought a version of this phone that connects to a cellphone with a cord. It was absolute crap. The sound quality was terrible and the cord was so short you were still holding the phone. I sent it back and bought this one. It is excellent! It's Bluetooth, so it's truly hands-free. The battery lasts forever. Just remember to only use it as a phone and not as an audio device, otherwise it will start playing music and drain your battery. I didn't notice the first time. The volume is loud and clear on both ends of the call. Very convenient,
