SSD cloning software doesn't work with this one (Solved)

Windows recognizes an NVMe drive in this enclosure as an RTL9210 drive, so Acronis True Image WD Edition 2020 doesn't work. The cloning software should recognize the disk manufactured by the manufacturer. I was able to get around this by plugging in a $7 SanDisk flash drive, which is technically a Western Digital drive that meets the requirements of Acronis WD Edition. He successfully cloned a Toshiba NVMe drive to a 1TB WD SN550 drive at 800MB/s. The body was so hot it was almost impossible to hold it. It still works well and I hope it lasts a long time. The Plugable support page shows that the Samsung Data Migration software will not work with their RTL9210 based case, so Samsung's software will likely not work with this ORICO case. If I get a Samsung NVMe drive, I'll try the flash drive workaround. Realtek, maker of the RTL9210 chip that powers this device, does not have any drivers or firmware on their website that can fix this issue. You can always use other cloning software, but I have trust issues, so I prefer manufacturer's cloning software.
