Perhaps I am experiencing some right-stick drift. However, there is a catch that ruins the fun. A broken gadget is useless because of the flaw. In favor are: Relaxes naturally in the palm of the hand; (2) I find the overall build quality to be satisfactory; (3) Personalization is easy to achieve on a PC with DS4Windows (community effort, not Sony's doing). The downsides are: The battery life is poor (especially when compared to the Xbox Elite 2), and the new gamepad exhibits RS drift right out of the box. The sight can sometimes take the shooter past the stopping point. Dead zones and antizones cannot be used to solve this issue. For DS4Windows, I experimented with a wide range of values for the aforementioned settings. I even tried to use compressed air to blow it out, but it didn't work. The new gamepad is thrown away.
