Review on Cooktop Tempered Electric Thermocouple Protection by Andrew Roll

This is my first such hob. Maxitrol RV48L natural gas pressure regulator. And I had to replace the small nozzles on the burners (that come with the cooktop). We haven't used them much, but they seem to work well. It's quite difficult to get the flame burning on low. And sometimes it would go out as soon as the flame was lit and I would let go of the igniter. (Not sure if that makes sense) I've seen videos of the same model and people seem to work fine. I'm pretty sure I just didn't set it up properly as it requires adjustment of the slider. But I'm happy with it. Does what it should and is compact. About what I needed.
