I liked that I could use it immediately without Wi-Fi. When they first started, they were a perfect match. It was great that I could keep it with my in-laws when we move with the baby. After our first child, I realized that it's easier to have a set in both houses than to carry it back and forth. As a result of this test we lost cables or damaged cables so now we just keep the kit in both places. Now I don't have to worry about the packaging anymore. The picture quality is razor sharp, so nice. I can't seem to control night mode, which is annoying when I feel like I have enough light to see my baby in colour. The charging cables are interchangeable, which is great. The monitor is battery operated and must be charged for 16 hours before first use. So, as soon as it arrives, unpack it to turn it on. face down in bed That way I don't have to worry about missing pan and tilt options. The only trick would be to keep the cord out of their reach as I can't let it come straight out of the outlet as it gets older or it will tug on it.
