I purchased the Omega NC1000HDS extractor on March 3rd, 2020. It arrived on April 6th, 2020 in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) where I live. On April 13, 2020, I noticed that the juicer would stop mid-run and not turn on for several hours, so I used Revain's online chat feature to report the issue and request a replacement. They offered a UPS ground shipping return label and I explained to them that since I live overseas I need an air/sea return label as UPS does not accept a ground shipping label for returns at TCI. Then I met THREE different online agents who all told me to stay online and they would contact me. When I have tried to contact them since then I have received a message that my second NC1000HDS order is on its way and that my account will be charged if I do not return the defective item. I have no problem returning a defective item, I just need the correct shipping label. Now it seems like they want to charge me TWICE for the device if the first one doesn't work properly. 1st costs $387.00. That's ridiculous! If you think the guarantee offer is too good to be true, then that's because it is!
