My son loves these shoes!
They're fancy, but not too fancy. We bought them for a concert at school but he likes to wear them to church every week. He tells me they fit well - I don't see him slipping out of them or struggling to put them on. They look great with trousers, khakis or jeans. Much better than running shoes.
