They helped us understand our infrastructure needs to help build out an application that allows for seamless integration of other companies products. Their team was extremely helpful in getting started as well as understanding how we could best leverage their product set. I have little knowledge regarding this industry so they were able to provide me guidance during my search process. There is not much at this point since it has been released but there are several resources available online if you would like to learn more about the capabilities of the system. We leveraged them to assist in building our platform for managing our data across many different partners such as banks, credit card providers etc. The support team is very knowledgeable and has been able to assist us with all of our needs. They are always there when we need them and are willing to help in any way that they can. We have not experienced any issues with their service. I would highly recommend this software for those who require an easy-to-use platform to store their data and also utilize it for analytics. It allows us to easily access our data and keep up on our analytics.
