I bought headphones after trying several other brands that just wouldn't sync or work with my work computer. Connecting was easy, pairing was quick. I like the detachable microphone. It saved me a few awkward moments at work conferences. Comfortably over the ear. Excellent noise reduction function. I don't get much feedback or extra noise. Receivers can hear me loud and clear with virtually no distortion. They can be easily charged with the charging cradle. At the end of the day I just hang up and leave. What I don't like is that in meetings I sometimes have to readjust the mic if I hit the pivoting mic hard. And if I do place a mic mute button, I tend to mute it regularly when reconfiguring the headset (again, not always a bad thing). I've given it a 3 for gaming as I only use it for work so I can't give it either comments, good or bad. I have already recommended them to several of my colleagues. I wish I would have gone with them at all and saved my time and money. Worth buying
