I have bought these nose rings 3 times to replace when lost. They are great as you can push or pull them to resize and prevent them from falling out. Amazingly, they don't tarnish, they don't irritate (I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin), and if they fall out easily, pinch them a little and you're done. I buy them like crazy as I lose parts like crazy. Good product
