Review on LECLSTAR by Alex Tilden

My experience with LECLSTAR was one of the most discouraging I've ever had. They failed to deliver on both the fronts of high-quality items and great customer service, despite the fact that they had promised both things. To begin, the LED lights that I ordered were of a low quality and did not function in the manner that was described. They did not respond to my request for assistance when I contacted customer service, and they were not helpful. They refused to accept responsibility for the defective product and provided no solution to the issue that I was having. In addition, their claim that they provide great service to customers was completely untrue. Because of their lack of professionalism and condescending attitude, my shopping trip left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with the overall experience. To sum everything up, I am unable to endorse LECLSTAR. Because they engage in deceptive advertising and provide a subpar level of customer service, doing business with them is frustrating and unpleasant.
