Pros:> Gives a very comfortable light and the "Warm" mode is really warm. I'm very picky about that too. I can't stand this super bright, sharp blue and white LED police light unless it's in my workshop where I need high visibility and this little fella has a nice warm but surprisingly well lit mode at 3000k. I find the "Cool Light" mode (medium setting) pretty handy for desktop too, and the natural mode (evil) is definitely there if you want it. , mounting block) > USP power supply. MINUS> I would *really* give the one -/Off switch and controls on the lightbar or on the mount itself It's a real pain having them hanging a foot and a half behind my monitor I ended up wrapping the cord around the light just enough times for the control switch to actually move directly under the light itself Run a cord through the back and plug it in so I can just reach up and turn it on and off, up and down, you have a choice of 2 or 3 positions to turn the light on your desk CONCLUSION: Yes, I would recommend it and buy it again.
