I bought this to replace another one with a noisy fan and not a pure sine wave. I use it to power my CPAP during primitive camping. When the humidifier is on, it uses about 105 watts. While running my CPAP overnight for about 8 hours, the machine never got hot. To determine the load, I was able to use a watt-hour meter, which wouldn't work without a pure sine wave output. This is a great little inverter that appears to be very efficient. My deep cycle battery went from 13.4v to 11.9v after three nights of use.
