Quality control is very poor.
It definitely didn't look like the picture. Talk about quality control. The handle dangled and the steel looked like it had been recycled from an auto part. Made in China so there's a good chance it was a 4 year old's first weld. I say it's something I would happily pay no more than $2 (including tax) for.
