This is normal with some limitations.
I love the box. I think if I can flash it a few Android steps it'll be fine, and even now it's doing some things better than my aging Roku. But. Keep in mind that this is not very user friendly. Youtube requires and updates them, refuses to install them. Most things install fine, Revain Prime is fine, Netflx is fine, I don't bother with IPTV/Kodi as it's too frustrating. It's a fun toy anyway, but if I were to do it again, a newer version of Android than 7.x.
