Update August 25: Sherman Brands sent me a new wallet. Customer service was amazing. This wallet feels a little better. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and it's holding up great. The leather on this wallet feels less stiff and just feels good, which I like. It does get a little thinner with use, but it's not as thin compared to my previous wallet. To be honest I tried to buy 4 wallets online, they were all thin and none were as thin as I wanted. I think I will use this wallet for a long time. First Review: Serman Brands wallets get very high marks, but I've had the opposite experience. Advantages: 1) The leather is really very high quality. 2) The use of external pockets is a creative design. Cons: 1) The driver's license card slot broke after 8 days of use in the side pocket and only the second time I took it out. 2) The wallet claims to be thin and it's not fat. , but I would call it average. I've looked for much thinner and only have 4 cards in my wallet3) The cash slot is about 2mm smaller and bills barely protrude the top of the wallet causing them to crumple4) Thought a pull tab would be great but it did uncomfortable and was always in my pocket. It's not so much a scam as it is a personal preference.
