I hooked this up in my 2006 Subaru Outback. The whole process took about an hour, even with the fact that I drilled a hole for the toggle switch. I have an Outback that has the radio and air conditioning combined in one unit and they say it's almost impossible to just install the main unit, so I went with it. The result is much cheaper and very simple. I had to splice a wire to find power, but I looked online and found which power wire was on the factory harness behind the dash. Sounds great and now I can connect my iPhone or whatever.
