Everything about working with SENSARTE was a nightmare for me. The products I got were not even close to the quality they advertised. Cheaply manufactured and easily scratched, the cookware and kitchen tools were also uncomfortable to use. The lack of variety really sucked, and it did so for me too. The fact that I had trouble getting in touch with and getting assistance from customer support only added insult to injury. The reception I received was cold and sometimes hostile. In addition to providing low-quality goods, their costs were astronomical. In general, SENSARTE is not a brand I would suggest to anyone in search of high-quality kitchenware. If you want more options and better treatment, you should shop elsewhere and save your money.
