Setting up was a lot more difficult than it should have been. The product does not lay flat and even if you align the guides as instructed, the surface is uneven. You MUST install it on a hard, flat surface to ensure it is level. Once you find a pose that works, LET IT. It's so difficult to set up that it's not worth re-maneuvering elsewhere. Never leave a laptop on it, the table is not strong enough to reliably store devices without human assistance. However, in a pinch, creating a workspace while I'm out of the office has helped.
