I like how easy it was to set up, but also that there were many integrations available for other platforms such as Zapier or Salesforce! It makes me so happy when we can make our customers feel more at ease while using their product with us by allowing them be able have conversations about what they need from one platform into another without having an employee jump in between each step of conversation-making.- The fact you are still learning new features every month - even though this has been around since 2014? That's awesome too!! You're customer service team definitely deserves recognition here because everything seems seamless once integrated through interCOM! They really listen well & respond quickly if something goes wrong along your journey which helps immensely during live support sessions where time truly matters most :) Definitely recommend integrating all 3 products together : Zoom/InterCom + LiveChat.
