I have used this product before, I bought it from Michaels and it worked great, it was lightweight and dried quickly. So I repurchased it here and when it arrived it was really dry, not sure if it's because it's old or because the packaging was punctured so let air in to dry it out. So I tried to return it or get a refund and surprise! These options are not available so I have to accept the loss and buy again from Michaels. Very disappointing.
