They don't adhere to shoe, they aren't supportive

These "supports" are not supportive. They are more of a cushion in the shoe, but offer no arch support. They don't adhere to the footbed, but rather just lay inside. They are thin and not all that impressive. Next time I'll just purchase the cushioned inserts at the drugstore.
