Feathered Phonics, Volume 3 is touted as an easy way to teach your bird words and sounds. Well, if you're careful not to bombard the poor bird with the same noise for too long, let's say two or three minutes at the most. Of course you need a CD player that repeats a track. However, training a bird through association is best done by seeing, hearing, and sometimes tasting at the same time. A friend used a CD and didn't limit the exposure. one sound - If the bird now hears the sound of a cow, it will go crazy! This is not a CD that you turn on and just play because 96 sounds and words will drive you insane. The CD is just a sound source. with which to work.
