Our dog was sprayed directly in the face at close range. It was as bad as they say about the smell. It was terrible. We tried tomato juice (2 times), hydrogen peroxide (1 time) and vinegar (1 time). Then a bath with tea tree soap. Then I immediately ordered this product (along with the Zorbx Extra Strength Spray). I can tell you that this soak did a good job on our dog and on clothes that started to smell just because they were around the dog. It really was as bad as they say. I highly recommend this product but I know it's impossible to get rid of the smell completely. Stick your nose deep into an animal or your clothing and I promise you'll still smell it deep inside. But this product works much better than the above home remedies. although peroxide and vinegar were good places to start.
