Review on 🎒 Black Thule Crossover 25L Laptop Backpack by Casey Murphy

I bought this bag about a month ago and only today had the opportunity to open the box and look at the bag. The first thing I noticed was that the seams on one of the straps had already come undone in some places (see photo). The second thing that caught my eye was all the loose and extra threads hanging from a lot of the connections on the back that I don't think were ever cut during production. I can't believe this bag passed the manufacturer's quality check. Anyway, I just trimmed any loose threads neatly so it wasn't a big deal, but a brand new bag with a broken strap is definitely a problem. Especially since my return period has already expired. Somehow my impression of Thule has always been premium and high quality, even though it was my first purchase from the brand. Needless to say I was very disappointed with this product and the small caliber craftsmanship.
