Excellent but with a small defect
I have an earlier model of this chair and love how they changed the threaded sections when assembling the charcoal. The only downside to the new design is that my head has to go way too far back to touch the headrest when I want to use the headrest. When I use it, I see more of the ceiling than the walls, and it's pretty inconvenient. Thankfully, I rarely use the headrests on these chairs, so that's not a problem for me.
