Shirt is too short for my body type

I always have trouble with shirts that are too short for my body. I think it's because I'm tall (5'11") and "busty". Knowing this, I ordered this shirt up a size, thinking it might help a little. Nope! This shirt is too short, if I raise my hands it will barely cover my chest!
