I'm glad they packed it in clear packaging. I put a frame on my license plate and the very thick frame at the top and bottom covered the state name at the top of my license plate and the county name at the bottom of my license plate. I had to return them and buy frames with a narrower standard width bezel. If you don't have a copy at the top or bottom of your plates, this should work just fine.
