Review on VIVA Financial Wellness Program by Jake Pavelko

I like the flexibility of the system, it's easy to use for both clients and staff. I dislike that there are no direct deposit options with the payroll department. It's hard to know how much pay is being deposited into our accounts each month. The Viva team does an excellent job of training their staff on all aspects of the program. For those who have questions, they are quick to respond. They also work closely with Paychex so any issues can be addressed quickly. We've been able to increase savings in our retirement account by over $1,000 per month!
