I got these yesterday and love them! Don't know about as a long term therapy aid. I'll try to remember to post in a few weeks. But I walk my dogs constantly and these made it possible to do long ones again. As the descriptions says, though, it's more for comfort than support. That was what I needed and I got it. UPDATE: It's only been a couple weeks and the pain is almost completely gone.
