This is a GREAT knife, especially for the price. I'm a very good cook/baker, probably because I've always enjoyed it and have a large family to support, so I cook all the time. This knife is so amazingly sharp that the first day I used it I cut myself so bad it took me four stitches on the back of a finger. That has never happened to me. I am amazed and excited! Lol - hopefully it stays sharp for a long time. So far it's slicing everything perfectly: from soft bread and hard-boiled eggs to meat, raw vegetables, freshly-cooked pies (it doesn't tear them at all!).
